Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time, but it's subject to availability. For appointment changes or cancellations, we require a minimum notice period of 24 hours.

Pricing will be transparently discussed and agreed upon before service commencement. Please be aware that additional charges may apply for unforeseen services or the use of special materials.
Payment:
Payment is due upon the successful completion of our cleaning services. We accept various payment methods, including cash, checks, bank transfers, and other agreed-upon options.

Safety:
1. We do not climb higher than our three-step ladder.
2. We cannot move heavy objects or furniture.
3. We do not clean biohazardous substances, including animal or human waste, blood, mold, and other materials.
To ensure the safety of our team, customers must maintain a safe working environment. We reserve the right to decline service if safety conditions are compromised.

We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties. Your data is exclusively used for the purpose of providing you with cleaning services and for communicating with you regarding estimates and appointments.
